How can we charge a fee for reminders without adding a product to every single reminder? Is there a quicker way to add it?

Hallo zusammen,ich bin gerade etwas ratlos, vielleicht kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen, da ich über den Support bisher keine Lösung gefunden habe.Für meine Buchhaltung benötige ich einen Bericht, in dem der Gesamtumsatz sauber nach 7 % und 19 % für MEWS POS und PMS aufgeschlüsselt ist. Im aktuellen Buchhaltungsbericht werden jedoch auch die Zimmerbuchungen berücksichtigt, die zusätzlich im POS-Bericht erscheinen, sodass es zu doppelten Umsätzen kommt.Hat jemand einen Workaround oder kann mir sagen, wie ich die Filter so einstellen kann, dass ich im PMS einen Bericht erhalte der mir genau das zeigt?Vielen Dank vorab und liebe GrüßePaul

We operate a contactless hotel and are running into a recurring issue with last-minute bookings being assigned to dirty rooms in Mews.We do not have every room cleaned daily, but we consistently have multiple clean and inspected rooms available to accommodate these bookings. The problem is that Mews does not provide an option to prioritize clean rooms during the assignment process. The only available options are top-down, bottom-up, or randomized, which results in guests occasionally being assigned to rooms that are not ready.Given that room status (clean/inspected/dirty) is already tracked in the system, it seems like a basic requirement that last-minute bookings be assigned to a clean or inspected room by default.This is creating operational issues for us and negatively impacting guest experience and reviews. Because we operate without a traditional front desk, we do not always have the ability to manually reassign rooms, especially for after-hours bookings.To be clear, availability

We are mostly going to use it for our group reservations.Our cancellations rules today are based on how many room nights that are booked. 100-199 room nights have a 90 days cancellation, 51-100 have 60 days cancellation ect.A 60 day cancellation would look like this: Up to and until 60 days prior to the first arrival day – all reserved rooms can be cancelled without any cancellation fee being applied.After the above deadline, the client can cancel a maximum of 70% of the original order as follows:After 60 days and up to 40 days prior to the first arrival day 70% of the original number of rooms can be cancelled without any cancellation fee being applied.After 40 days and up to 20 days prior to the first arrival day, 40% of the original number of rooms can be cancelled without a cancellation fee being applied.After 20 days and up to 10 days prior to the first arrival day, 20% of the original number of rooms can be cancelled without a cance

Hi Everyone!We have recently set up the MEWS KIOSK in our Tablet and I wanted to ask, if there is a way to disable the automatic check in after filling up the details and signing the digital card? We just want to use the app just as a digital registration card. I tried to find some answers in the community and with MEWS AI as well but couldn’t figure out exactly. Any kind of support will be much appreciated!Peace,Niko

Hello Mews Community,​@ettore.zotarelli has helped us build the capability to group by rate-group in the rates page. This functionality was removed when migrating to the new tables, and is being reintroduces now.We would love feedback on the same, and have deployed it to your Demo environments for testing. There on the rates page (list of rates), you will see the updated table, allowing grouping by rate-groups, and a new universal search bar that can help navigate to the right rate(s) quickly and efficiently.Let us know what you think!

I am surprised that I couldn’t find any thread discussing this issue.Maybe I am the only one with this problemFor the past month, I’ve tried everything, but Booking.com continues to remove all links from every email we send. This prevents us from sharing the online check-in link or Mews Messages link with our guests.My booking.com account manager suggested writing out the link instead of using a button, but that didn’t work either.I even added the „app.mews.com“ link to Booking.com whitelist - „your approved links“The account manager is aware of the issue but hasn’t provided a solution.Does anyone know a solution to this issue? 

Is there an automatic possibility to issue all invoice at once?

Hallo zusammen,wir haben seit kurzem City Ledger aktiviert und da man das dafür ja muss → Rechnungsverfolgung aktiviert. In MEWS auf Ops Seite sind wir sehr zufrieden damit, jedoch stimmt unser Datev Export jetzt nicht mehr und es kommt hier zu “Doppelbuchungen”.Das Team City Ledger bei MEWS was uns eigentlich angeboten hatte uns hier zu begleiten reagiert nun nicht auf unser Problem.Hat jemand von Euch Erfahrungen und kann uns helfen?Vielen Dank.Liebe GrüßeSabrinaEmiLu

The registration card includes a section for place of birth. I would like to know if it is possible to generate a monthly report using that information from the registry.

Good morning from Belgium everyone ! Does someone know if it’s possible to create a email from zero ? For example : create a new email to remind the guest to book a table at the restaurant the morning before they arrived. Have lovely day !! Antoine Dieudonné 

Can i ask what you use to check new reservations on day to day basis? Per now, there is no notifications on new reservations from day to day.  Since Mews allocates rooms automatically - it would be nice to have a popup or donut in the dashboard for “new reservation” on day to day basis.  Mews have notification for future reservation that gets booked - but this doesnt help day to day front office.  Best regardsHaris - Ole Bull Bergen, Norway

Beste, wanneer wij een product op een rekening toevoegen en wij geven exta info mee via “notes” onder “addtional settings” dan verschijnt deze info wel op de PDF-factuur maar deze info gaat niet mee wanneer we de factuur via Peppol versturen. Concreet voorbeeld:wij maken een voorschotfactuur.  Hiervoor hebben we een apart product.  In die “notes” geven we dan mee waarvoor dit juist is en de datum. Nu hadden wij verschillende voorschotfacturen gemaakt voor verschillende seminaries van 1 klant die hier zullen doorgaan in de loop van 2026.  Telkens mooi vermeld hoe en wat, maar wanneer onze klant de facturen via Peppol ontvangt kan hij deze info niet zien.  Dus hij weet niet voor welk seminarie welke factuur is. Is hier een oplossing voor? Alvast bedankt. Groetjes, Chantal

Hello out there, does anyone work with Room Price Genie, then you can request a new feature to be displayed directly in your Mews PMS, with out switching to Room Price Genie. It's called Revenue Intelligence in Mews. Would be great to see many Mewsers to contact your sales rep to request the integration.
