Hello Mews Community 👋

Following the recent and exciting news that Mews added industry-leading revenue management system, Atomize, to our suite of products, we’re kicking off a round of research to discuss the important topic of dynamic rate pricing in Mews.

We’d love to hear from you if…

  • You automate rate pricing using a Revenue Management System (either in Atomize, or another RMS)
  • You manage dynamic rate pricing manually in Mews

As part of this research, we’d like to conduct a 30-minute video call to understand your current experience working with the rate pricing screen in Mews, your existing workflows, and your pain points. We'll also seek to explore how and where we can leverage Atomize's power to improve rate pricing for you and to meet your specific needs.

Hello!

We use Atomize, so if you like to here from us, let me know.

My only concerns with atomize are:

  • Managing different rates that include different meal plans (with/with out breakfast) is possible, but the derivation and mapping can only be setup and adjusted by Atomize Support, and it is unclear if future changes to the derivation will require a paid support inquiry.
  • Atomize Support response times and round-trip times are sometimes rather slow - like several days.

We currently do not use a RMS and I am currently evaluating different RMS systems.

I tried to “complete the tasks” but the screens were completely black.  So I couldn’t complete… :)
