Hello community!

Here’s the list of the top 5 big problems with Mews for a Hostel:

 

  1. Timeline ordered by typology of the rooms instead of room numbers, confusion with room assignement, difficulties to manage day to day operations floor by floor and much more
  2. Any bill (of past, present and future reservations) connected to guest profille, big confusion with payments and billing when you have a guest in front of you
  3. Space status for housekeeping with inappropriate and incomplete filters
  4. Automatic rebate in some important changes of the reservation
  5. Difficulties in using blocks due to wrong calculation of availability between dorms and beds

Then Italian properties encounters problems with police report, fiscal topics and much more, still a lot to improve to reach Italian market.

A lot more still must be improved, it is suggested to hire more people who worked at reception.
