Does anyone know if it is possible to set the time at which the mail is sent?
We would like to send the 'after departure' only 24 hours after departure.

Unfortunately, you cannot set the time at this time.

Mews sends after end email automatically when a guest checks out.

This article nicely describes how to customize your emails using mail templates.

Hi Jasmin,

We were also speaking about this last week, but for the online check-out invite. The time of the invitation is not working for us, we would love to be able to customise and change the time it is sent but currently it seems it is not possible.

Hi @Sam ,

online checkout time invitation is based on the Stay settings configuration. 

 

e.g. if your departure time is 11 am and you enter 15 in the Online check-out email timing, the email will be sent out after 8 pm.

11am - (minus) 15 hours → 8pm.
