Thank you for your introduction Sarah. We indeed work with Lacoly for a while now and it works very good.
You can put a Widget on your website and guests can send messages via Whatsapp. You can reply via the dashboard to all chats. Furthermore you can send pre arrival messages which are totally costomized and can do upsell via whatsapp. Also all the messages will come in Mews so you can also reply via Mews.
Their costumer service is also very quick and helpfull.
