Incorrect nationality & address for Expedia bookings with STAAH channel manager

If you use the STAAH channel manager with Mews, do you find that guests from Expedia bookings always have their nationality set as USA and their address set as the Expedia headquarters address?

thank you for your question! 

I reached out to the channel manager team and it is a known issue.

Last time we had this conversation STAAH mentioned that they simply forward the information they get from Expedia without making any changes. It might be a good idea for you to reach out to Expedia directly to see if they can stop sending their headquarters address as the guest address.

Mews integrates what is sent from channel manager, so there is nothing we can do from our side.
