What is absolutely missing in the Excel template is the column with language. You always have to go back to the profile to enter the language so that communication takes place in the guest's language. Please add this urgently!!!

+3Whilst on this subject; the Nationality functionality is only now working with the ISO 2letter codes, however nobody really uses that. The former dropdown worked a lot better.
Ideally the grouping list also does not show room number, or room type - as particulary with run of house groups you want to avoid the booked to ‘think’ they have upgraded somebody to find out later on that they put the CEO in the single room… (because that freed up last moment, and this one guy alone probably wont mind… 😃)
Agree! We have to remove the room numbers before we send this to the group as this is not finalised until the check-in date.
Ideally the template could be sent to groups and reuploaded without the team needing to make manual adjustments to room, nationality etc.
