With help from Mews BI, they moved away from manual reporting and into real-time dashboards. VAYA now uses one tool to cover all their reporting needs, having created tailored dashboards for seasonal pickup and real-time cancellation tracking.

You can now set it up directly from the Marketplace.
Please note, the Mews BI beta doesn’t currently support hostel or long-stay properties.
Here's how to get started:
- Go to: https://app.mews.com/Commander/ConnectMewsBI
- Enable Mews BI and set up your users and properties
- Once you join the Mews BI beta, it will replace Mews Analytics in your PMS. But you can bring it back anytime via the toggle on the dashboard.
