Soon, Atomize, a Mews company will give you a new way to make the most of high-demand moments. 

Atomize already detects unusual demand patterns - including those driven by events- but with our upcoming Events feature, you’ll be able to proactively add important dates yourself. It’s a smart way to ensure the system stays ahead, even when demand hasn’t started to show, while still benefiting from powerful automated optimization. 
 

What’s coming 

This new feature gives you a simple, effective way to tell Atomize about events that impact your hotel. You'll be able to: 

  • Add upcoming events and key dates 

  • Reference similar past events to provide historical context 

  • Share expected occupancy levels 

  • Set price boundaries based on your revenue goals 

Once added, Atomize will factor your inputs into price recommendations - giving you even more control, without the manual workload. 

 

Why it’s useful 

Events often mean higher demand - and higher revenue potential. This feature lets you tap into that opportunity faster and more proactively. It’s especially helpful when: 

  • You want to stay ahead of seasonal or one-off demand spikes 

  • You’re working with newer properties that lack historical data 

  • You prefer a bit more control over price strategy during key periods 

This isn’t about replacing automation - it’s about making it even smarter by combining your local knowledge with Atomize’s dynamic pricing engine. 

 

 

What to expect 

The new Events UI will make it easy to input and manage your event data. It’s designed to reduce back-and-forth, support more self-service, and make onboarding even smoother. 

It’s all part of helping you work faster, price smarter, and stay in full control.
