Would it be possible to set the minimum and maximum stay restrictions per rate rather than per room category?
We operate with a minimum stay of 2 nights year-round, but I would like to offer a promo voucher code for a one-night stay that I can give exclusively to my best clients.

you can set restrictions for categories and rates:
If you leave “All spaces” selected and additionally select the rate you want to restrict, you can set the maximum length to 1 night. You can find more info in this article:
