Wondering if anyone can help me do this. I need to create a reservation sales report for Summer season for a specific space- may 1 2025 to oct 31 2025
I think I know how but on the interval option I cannot see the ability to do a range. I see current month, year, quarter etc.
Any help , much appreciated.

Hello Kamal,
For the interval setting It sounds to me like you are looking at the manager report rather than the reservation report - am i correct? The manager report i agree is tricky to filter dates.
However, if you instead open the Reservation report you can filter on “arrival” and set your desired period.
Further down in the filter list you can also select specific space or category.
If you export the report you should be able to build a pivot table or similar.

Thanks again Robin. This works. I was just confused that I had to put a range in the export schedule as well.In fact I found a way that works as your describe by using the interval as : rest of current year and that suits my needs. Thanks again
