Reporting - Group by company for supplementary revenue (conference, F&B) as well as Accommodation?

How do properties pull reports on what a company has produced in a given time frame. Is there a way to report on a  “Group by company” basis for supplementary revenue (conference, F&B) as well as Accommodation.

We currently only have the ability to pull a “Group By Company” for the Reservation report for Accommodation.

Thanks

Darren

Well, on that same report, you can look up only company profiles if you want by selecting only “company profiles” instead of both “Company” and “Cutomer” (see picture below) and you can also make the search for a specific profile the the “Profile” case:

You will see the amount changing 😉

Don’t know if it is what you are looking for but it might help while a better solution pops up

See ya

Hello @Darren Kearney

Well I guess the accounting report could do the trick

You can choose the needed filters (time frame, service, etc..) to get what you want

Let us know if is working for you 😉

Hi @smehia,

Thanks for the feedback, unfortunately the accounting report doesn’t have a company option in the “Group By”

I’ve created a hack using Bills and Invoices but it’s not quite exact as it’s on invoice not consumption. Ideally MEWS can look into this 😉
