do you know if we do have a tools to track repeating guests? I know it is visible in the timeline, but that is not enough for tracking in reporting.
What is your approach, how do you track repeating guests prior the arrival? Manual report or some data from MEWS?

My name is Dani and I wanted to jump in and assist with your question.
I understand that you have a question related to returning guests, and if a report with the relevant statistics can be found. Currently, the only report that would show this information would be the Customer Statistics Report. Our article, The Customer statistics report is an excellent resource, where you can filter by Customer Classification. You will however not be able to see the names of the customers but only counts or percentages.
Additionally, you could use the customer profile, reservation report or guest in house report to see who is a returning guest. Returning guest classifications in Mews are automatically applied once a guest has stayed at the property more than once, using the same profile. The system tracks the reservations linked to each profile, and upon the second reservation, the classification is added without requiring any manual action from the staff.
If a guest makes multiple reservations, they need to be associated with the same profile for the returning guest classification to be applied automatically. It's worth noting that the classification is specific to each property and does not extend to a chain level.

Thank you Dani! From what I understand this feature is not straightforward in reports but we can combine the data. Does it mean that if in future we would get dev for API it can be conected as to our BI tool for example?
