We updated all our guest email templates yesterday. We first deleted all the old ones and then created new ones. Everything looks good and polished in MEWS. When I send a test email to myself, the confirmation is messed up and contains several errors. Are other users experiencing this issue?

I had a quick look at your email templates and noticed that, for example, the confirmation email is send with empty fields where you have merge tags set up.
Some merge tags, and specifically reservation merge tags, only work within a ‘reservation rendering loop’. Loops are used to automatically repeat a row of content for each item in a list, for example, breakfast, parking or multiple reservations. Once you create a loop, you need to close it.
In the default template, the reservation rendering loop starts on the first row of the Reservation block:

And it ends on the row directly after that block:

Every reservation merge tag within that loop will correctly display the information.
