I was wondering, where I can find the open prepayments for 31.12.2023? Could you please let me know, if that’s the correct way to find them:
Accounting ledger report – Mode: Grouped – Type: General – Date: 31.12.2023 23:59 – Group by: Accounting category. And then after ‘view report’ the ‘open prepayments’ are for the guests who paid for their future stay in 2024?

I think the best way to get that is to generate an “accounting leger” report and filter as you wish
That should do the trick 😉
