Ich habe den gleichen Informationsstand, meines Wissens kann der Online Check-In Link nicht extern aufgerufen oder nachgebaut werden.

Einzige Lösung die ich kenne ist über eine Webagentur ein eigenes Online Check-In Portal bauen zu lassen und an die Connector API von Mews zu hängen.

Ggf hat auch Hijiffy so was ähnliches gebaut in der Vergangenheit.

By coincidence, I just saw this statement from ​@ettore.zotarelli from one year ago: 

I know the link via API is definitely on the radar. I think we should at least offer you a choice of providers while I work on being your option of choice one day.

I guess it is a bit tricky, because with this link, you can sign into the guests profile!? So employees could get the link an misuse it?

Unfortunately I am not up to date on those initiatives - I have been working on a different side of the business since April. I'll ping some of my colleagues to see if we can get an update here. Indeed I remember being a bit of a delicate subject.

​@marc agilotel dies wurde mir nun auf der Messe bestätigt sowohl von MEWS als auch von den ganzen Korrespondenz Partner, Chatlyn, Dialogshift, Smarthost etc.

Einzig Hijiffy denkt noch sie können das.. :-D

Webagenturen können das natürlich bauen - Xport (https://www.xport.de) zum Beispiel hat eine solche Lösung für Superbude gebaut, welche einen Mews Award bekam (https://www.xport.de/en/references/digital-guest-check-in/). Workmatrix (https://www.workmatrix.de/) macht das auch für Kunden. Ggf. geht dann Hijiffy auch diesen Weg.

Wie viel / wenig Sicherheit man will ist dann immer eine Diskussion - ich kenne es bsp. so, dass der Gastname nach dem Klicken des Links abgefragt wird, um eine Überprüfung zu haben.
 

Hello, I’m Olivia from the Guest Experience team. I’m happy to share we have an ongoing BETA initiative on this - allowing partners to fetch Guest Portal links through our API (i.e. for Online Check-in). HiJiffy is one of the partners participating in this BETA so I’d recommend reaching out to them to discuss your options. If you decide to move forward, they can coordinate the next steps with us.

Hi ​@Johannes Rott, these partners are not on the list yet as we are still in the BETA phase for this but I’m making note of the request.

is it possible if the Beta is “approved” that those companys are able to get the feature as well? want to avoid changing partners just because of that.

​@Johannes Rott indeed, the plan is to open this up to more partners once we finalise the BETA phase and have taken the learnings and improvements from it. We don’t have a firm timeline for this yet but the team is working on it. 

I understand that there is no timeline bit any chance to say a month or a year?

Fair enough - I understand it’s hard to plan without an idea. I’d say Q1 or Q2 2026 is likely. Not a definite promise but that’s my best estimate today based on the current progress.

​@olivia.dingreville is the beta already on? As i received the information from hijiffy today that they are already sending WhatsApp messages with the check in link. Can you confirm? 

​@Johannes Rott yes indeed as mentioned above HiJiffy is part of the BETA, so it’s already possible for them. If you decide to implement it, HiJiffy will coordinate the next steps with Mews for implementation.

Is Chatlyn also part of the Beta? 

Ok I thought it is planed! Can others join the beta as well for example Chatlyn!?

We’re not adding more partners to the BETA for now but as shared above aim to get out of BETA and open to more partners.
