Hello,

We’ve been getting Mews emails lately: “as per your request; you can reset your account password ….”

However, no (active) staff member or myself asked for a password reset.

I can apparently disregard this e-mail.
However, should I be worried someone is trying to get into my account?

Hi @PHman88  I can see that you have raised a support ticket which is the right thing to do - if you don’t recognize activity like this, always raise it with support.
A support member is looking into this further for you and has raised a request for the security team to investigate. Our logs show that Mews sent the password reset emails, so perhaps the request was made accidentally by a member of your team using the shared front office account.
More information will be communicated via your support ticket.
Thanks
