MEWS Integration for Local Gym Access & Breakfast Partners

The Suites Hamburg

Hello All, 

we’re quite new to MEWS and this is my first question in this community. Attending Unfold in Amsterdam next week while searching for Hotels I recognized at BobW guest options for Local gym access and Breakfast partners all integrated in the Mews Booking Engine as it seems. 

Does anyone know what software integration can be used for such nice features? 

We are in the city centre of Hamburg/Germany and surrounded from nice Fitness Studios and Cafés. Would love to have a nice software solution.

​Thanks for your question! We built our own guest area linked to the MEWS API. 

After you book, you’ll get a link to a web app (no need to download anything). From there, you can:

✅ Check in and out online — including ID upload and smart lock access

📅 See your booking info — dates, address, check-in time, etc.

✨ Add extras — like late check-out, extra cleaning, or local services like the gym and breakfast partner. 

💬 Chat with Bob W’s support team anytime

📍 Get local tips + find Wi-Fi details and house rules

It’s built to be super smooth and self-service, so our guests can manage everything from their phone.

Happy to have a chat if you are at Unfold next week or considering booking Bob for your stay!

Hey, you two! Thanks a lot for your fast response. Own app sounds reasonable, we use Duve but I think its already very good to integrate upsells already in the MEWS Booking Engine. We need to setup Duve since its quite new and not completely integrated in our Tool-Set. 

I just installed the Unfold App and sent you a message. Great feature this “Start Networking” button on the Home Screen!
