​Thanks for your question! We built our own guest area linked to the MEWS API. 

After you book, you’ll get a link to a web app (no need to download anything). From there, you can:

Check in and out online — including ID upload and smart lock access

See your booking info — dates, address, check-in time, etc.

Add extras — like late check-out, extra cleaning, or local services like the gym and breakfast partner. 

Chat with Bob W’s support team anytime

Get local tips + find Wi-Fi details and house rules

It’s built to be super smooth and self-service, so our guests can manage everything from their phone.

Hey, you two! Thanks a lot for your fast response. Own app sounds reasonable, we use Duve but I think its already very good to integrate upsells already in the MEWS Booking Engine. We need to setup Duve since its quite new and not completely integrated in our Tool-Set. 

I just installed the Unfold App and sent you a message. Great feature this “Start Networking” button on the Home Screen!
