Hi everyone,
We are recently experiencing some issues with merging profiles due to multiple loyalty programs.
Support advised me to use Mews Connector to delete one of the loyalty programs. I went over the documentation but have no idea where to start.
Would someone be able to help me out with this ?

Thank you for your message. This issue is Accor specifics due to the data we receive via D-Edge. We are working on making sure we can resolve this quickly, and will contact you once it is ok to merge those profiles again.
