I would like to adjust the email templates. Only when I look at the help article does it seem that adjusting the templates has had an update. I can only adjust the templates by changing the text; adjusting a layout does not work.
Does anyone have any idea how I can also use the new feature?

Did you customize the templates in the past?
if so, you have to remove the customization first and then you will be able to create a new „modern“ customization…
at least that is what I believe you are facing..

Okay, thank you for your response. For the templates that I have not modified, I see the option. Should I delete the template completely? Will I then lose it or will I get the original template back?
+3My understanding is that you will loose it…
there was a thread around here where that was discussed, as far as I remember. So be careful.
also keep in mind that you cannot copy paste between templates any more with the new system. So consistently redesigning your templates with the new system might be challenging and time consuming, I think…
