In our old system the housekeeping report would show linnen change after the guest stayed for 3 nights.

how can i see this in Mews?

Hi Manny!

I don’t think it’s currently possible, unless there is a workaround I’m unaware of. The good news is that MEWS has acquired the market-leading tool for housekeeping (and similar) services called Flexkeeping. This happened recently, and at this stage it’s still unclear when features will be fully integrated or whether there will be an additional cost (most likely).

However, Flexkeeping already offers everything from scheduled cleaning tasks (e.g., monthly), different linen change policies for long stays, improved maintenance handling, and recurring tasks. I have a meeting with them tomorrow and hope to learn more. I’m super excited about this new member of the Mews family!

@Manny, just like @Mark Alexander Joel  stated; in MEWS you cannot. You must look for a third-party integration.

Flexkeeping would definately be my choice also, as it does a lót more than just differentate in room statusses.

But obviously there are others that do similar things
