Hey guys,

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the Kiosk?
It felt like we were getting a new version every two days, but the current one has been out for about two weeks now—and we’re still experiencing problems with the app freezing or getting stuck at every property.

This is really tough for our hosts, who have to take out the iPad and deal with that while beeig alone on shift. 

Is someone from the Kiosk team here who can explain why this issue hasn’t been resolved yet?

We haven’t heard of recent issues with the kiosk since the last version came out, so I can’t comment on what the issue is. Is this a recent issue as in the last few days?  or since the last version came out?  Have you opened a support ticket? If not, the best and quickest way to get an issue like this resolved (and bring it our attention) is to directly reach out to our support team using the steps here in this link. Once we have the details, we can investigate it from our side. 


Alright, I made a ticket and attached a video with the kiosk beeing stuck.
