INTERNAL ALLOCATION OR PRODUCT FOR HOTEL PACKAGES

Hi Guys,

Need your help!

We have been talking with MEWS team for long time about this subject. As per MEWS Representative, MEWS can create packages by adding the product(s) to the room rate. We cannot create such as internal allocation where the guest no need to know how much individual cost. 

For example, we want to create Summer package for USD 450 as selling price  both for direct booking and display on the website as well,(see below breakdown for inclusions and internal allocation).

Would appreciated if you can help this matter.

Summer Package

USD 450

Room – Internal Allocation

USD 300

Daily Breakfast – Internal Allocation

USD 30

Daily Dinner – Internal Allocation

USD 40

1 Water Sport Activity per stay – Internal Allocation

USD 30

1 Spa per stay – Internal Allocation

USD 50

Hi @Aam,

 

You can easily make packages by using product rules.

However, it’s very important that the “bill as package” option is selected for these products. If enabled, guests will only see the total amount of the package on the website and the bill.
