Hi ​@c.bonenfant, seems strange to me. We uploaded all or pictures,… and they are all same size … you might try one of those free online programs to bring them to the same size. 

Do you know what that ideal size format is? xx pixels by xx pixels?

no sorry I can’t see any sizes in MEWS neither

We recommend landscape images with a minimum resolution of 1920 x 1080 with the target in the center of the image. These images will be sized by the application they are used in e.g. Booking Engine, Guest Portal, Kiosk.
