We gonna use the new Mews mailing editor soon and there is one question i have:
How do i copy contents from one mailing to another?
Create the same contents over and over via the editor interface is extremely tedious so there has to be a way to copy these contents i guess … i’ve found a “import” menu point that is accessible via the three dots menu so maybe there is a way to import a template. Any infos on that?

Look at my thread at

Was wondering about the same …
Best regards,

@j.spiess that exactly what im looking for. I’ve changed the mailing but there is still no export available. Is that also over the three dots availalbe?
There is a “delayed publish” logic in place for the mailings, maybe the export is only available when this delayed publication is finished.
I’m gonna check that and let you know.
It also shows still as “standard” in the overview even though i edited that mailing.
Ok here’s the update. As suspected the delayed publication was the problem. As soon as Mews switched to the adjusted mailing the export option was available:
Hi @jones.eth
Could I ask, you mentioned a “delayed publish logic” - is this an option in the new email template editor that allows you to save changes you’ve made without immediately publishing the template and making it live for use? This is one of the things that has delayed me using the new templates, as currently I have to fully set them up before saving them, otherwise I’ll be publishing a partially complete template!
Many thanks
Sami
@Sami Citystay that not exactly a feature. Mews introduced that awhile ago. Changes to mailings are published with a delay of around an hour. In parallel a notification is sent to the admins. Thats a security featury so when someone try to hijack those mailings it can be reversed before it has an effect.
