As soon as we have more than 1 room within the group, the check-in does not work. The guest fills in the form and the data cannot be submitted. This is very tedious and unprofessional, as everything has to be done twice. Is there a solution?
We are in employee mode on a tablet.

Have you tried maybe to do the same by opening Mews on a regular Internet browser on the tablet ?

 

What about if you validate the multi check-in before filling in the guest profiles ?

We check in using the app on the tablet. The guest profiles were already stored, but we are missing data such as ID and signatures.
