Group check-in for 2 or more rooms

As soon as we have more than 1 room within the group, the check-in does not work. The guest fills in the form and the data cannot be submitted. This is very tedious and unprofessional, as everything has to be done twice. Is there a solution?
We are in employee mode on a tablet.

thank you for the post. I’m Inka, one of the Mews community ambassadors and I’m happy to help you with the Mews Kiosk issues.

Could you please check if you have the newest version of the Kiosk App installed?

If yes and you are still experiencing this problem, please open a ticket through the Ada Chatbot including a video of the check in flow and the error message. This way we can investigate what’s going wrong during group check in process. 🙂

Have you tried maybe to do the same by opening Mews on a regular Internet browser on the tablet ?

 

What about if you validate the multi check-in before filling in the guest profiles ?

We check in using the app on the tablet. The guest profiles were already stored, but we are missing data such as ID and signatures.
