I am using Mews direct connectivity to Expedia. I map Expedia Hotel Collect as syncronized rate, but then all my Expedia Collect reservation that are room only, come in as Hotel Collect. Opening a ticket with support did not help, as they say only Expedia Hotel Collect needs to be mapped. It is important to get reservations under respective code, as with Hotel Collect the property is responsible for the taxes, and Expedia Collect is net of taxes and commission. Did anyone run into this issue? And how did you get it resolved?
