Hi,

You can set up additional occupancy fees directly in mews’ rate pricing configuration → Base Price → Adjustments> Extra occupancy adjustment. This setting will only be applied for direct and booking engine reservations. Mews can not push these to the OTA’s as its channel manager interface does not support occupancy based pricing.

So if you use Expedia, you also have to set it up in the Expedia  Extranet -> Room Types and rate plans → Edit a rate → Do you charge more for additional occupants?->Yes → choose your Extra guest charge or make a new one. This will be aplied on Expedia’ side and  the correct rate will be pushed to Mews.

You can also do the same for  B.com: Rates & availabilities → pricing per guest → set Base occupancy then set prices per guest.  As for expedia, these extra fees will be applied on B.com’s side and the correct rate will be pushed to Mews .
