vielleicht könnt ihr uns hier schnell helfen.
Wir haben immer wieder das Problem bei Frühanreisen, dass diese nur einchecken können wenn die Early Check.in Gebühr von 30 EUR akzeptiert wird, dies wollen wir aber nicht immer.
Wir haben dieses Produkt bereits auf nicht mehr buchbar von Gästen und Mitarbeitern gesetzt, die Frage kommt aber immer noch… speziell vor 10 Uhr.

I haven't seen an option to waive the fee in certain cases. I'm also curious to know if that's even possible without checking the guest in manually.
+1Hi, that is correct, we use the kiosk on employee mode but even there we are unable to deny the charge. so we need to accept and after check in we need to cancell the amount manually.
