In Mews, restrictions can be applied to length of stay, advance booking periods (minimum and maximum), and pricing. However, if you're trying to set this specific restriction for the same rate and dates, I'm afraid it's not currently possible. Since the minimum stay is specified as both 3 nights and 4 nights, this creates an overlap. Consequently, the minimum stay requirement will apply as either 3 or 4 nights, despite the differences in the minimum advance and maximum advance. As we don’t support this, we encourage that you submit your feedback in our feedback portal here. 

In addition, kindly note that Mews have integration with multiple revenue management systems who handle restrictions, and they might be able to support the creation of this particular restriction. Please see here.
