By default, all guest-facing emails are sent from [email protected]. Properties on the Enterprise plan have the option to configure a custom sender address (ie. [email protected]. You can find detailed instructions in the following help article: Send emails to guests using your property domain
At this time, only one custom email address can be configured per property, and it is not currently possible to assign different sender addresses to individual email templates.

Regarding platform and fee invoices issued by Mews to properties: the recipient email address for these communications can only be updated by our Support team. Please contact them directly if you’d like to request a change. Please note this is not an email sent to guests, but an email sent from Mews to a property containing an invoice.
