Currently there is no built-in Mews report or export function that provides dietary or allergy information for guests in a standardized, reportable format.

This information can be recorded in the guest profile in the Internals tab or the Reservations Notes section, but it is not included in operational reports or guest exports. If you choose to record this information in the Reservations Notes section, it is possible to export this report to include the “notes” information, however, it will not be filterable and is a manual solution. 
 

I did check internally and this is a popular feature request. While we cannot guarantee a timeline for creation or delivery, I recommend keeping your eyes out for future development!
