Custom Terms & Conditions for Group Blocks

Hello 👋,

Our hotels use availability blocks and booking engine links primarily for groups and special events.
Is there a way to specify custom terms and conditions for each block?

I noticed that during the booking process there is only a link to the general terms & conditions, which in the case of blocks are likely not fully applicable.

I also cannot find any option to add visible notes, special terms & conditions, etc.

I’m Josue - one of the Community Ambassadors - and I’m happy to help clarify your question regarding Terms & Conditions for availability blocks. 

At this time, Mews does not offer a built-in option to specify custom terms and conditions for each individual block during the booking process. Guests booking via blocks will only see the property's general terms and conditions, as there is no visible way to attach separate notes or custom terms to individual blocks within the standard booking flow.

Please accept my apologies for the delay! At the moment, this isn’t planned on our implementation roadmap because our development priorities are focused on higher-impact initiatives. I understand this may be disappointing, and I’ll make sure your request is documented and shared with the product team for future consideration. You may also add this feature request in our feedback.mews.com page so we can expose the suggestion on there as well - giving other hotels the opportunity to up-vote and potentially garner more visibility that way as well.
