Connectivity Problem Booking.com / SiteMinder?

Hey everyone,

It’s not directly a MEWS topic, but:

Is anyone experiencing issues with Booking.com reservations via SiteMinder?
For about two hours now, no reservations or modifications have been coming through from Booking.com via SiteMinder.

We’re not even receiving the usual confirmation emails from SiteMinder, and the reservations don’t appear in their extranet either.
So it seems to be a SiteMinder issue — but exclusively affecting Booking.com. Other OTAs don’t seem to be impacted.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue by any chance?
Just curious to know. Thanks in advance!

I think this is a bookingdotcom issue - we had issues at properties not receiving bookings made from them, but fine for other channel managers and if we forced a pull of reservations they came through; seems the webhooks issue that was alerted out may have played a part as happened around then; if still persisting then siteminder would need to have a look
