Hello,
we had the change for the E-Mail templates and need to create them completely new.
But when we want du save and update them it never update.
It shoul be updatetd after 1 hour. But even 4 days later it is not updatetd.
Can anybody help us solving this issue.
This is also not just one, but fours templates.
It also worked before but since 4 days we have his issue.
