It often happens in a busy city environment that we are left with just very few rooms on the day. These rooms can be snapped up at the same time by different OTA’s which leads to overbookings.
Is it possible to block specific OTA’s for certain dates to book? I know i can add restrictions but these apply to all OTA’s. If I add a restriction to the OTA’s, no room will be sold and im left with unsold rooms , but if I have no restrictions, , it can lead to a book out. Catch 22 and far from ideal, but it would be so much easier if we would be able to keep a selected channel of selling us, so we can manage our availability much more efficiently and maximize revenue
