Hi everyone,

 

My Team have noticed that when we look at a guest billing page and they have future reservations the bills do not display in chronological date order.

A future stay for next year will sit above the stay for today and one for next week for example and it really confuses new hires.

 

Also, why when we add a new product, it automatically makes a new bill now?

This update is a wasting on our property and we waste a lot of time merging bills back together.

Am I missing something?

Does anyone have any tips on how to revert back to before the last update or to amend our property specifically?

 

Any advice would be great.

Unfortunately the same across all properties, the products one is strange though and likely has to do with the updates to billing logic that Mews have put in for avoiding the ‘Unpaid Items’ bill and this likely has caused the bills to split products if you have no billing automation - that's something to contact your support manager about.

 

For the listing of bills, there is no way to change this; same across all. Think its to do with ordering bills by date booked not date of stay but maybe they will update and allow this to happen in future for sorting more logically?
