Hi!

We are experiencing (with some of the rooms) that the roomcards expire to soon.

Does anyone know how we can resolve this?

 We have encountered a similar issue with our room locks in the past ( Hotel Locks). I recommend trying to reprogram all the door locks with the clock card. In our case, using the clock card to reset the time on each lock solved the problem. Hopefully, this will help you as well.
