Is anyone else experiencing difficulties loading data in Analytics?

Additionally, I would like to ask if anyone knows which filters should be applied in the Management Analytics section and under the “Per Day” tab, in order to analyze only the revenue received from accommodation, excluding other products.

Lastly, we are also encountering issues when trying to connect two users to Analytics simultaneously.

I’m Josue - one of the Community Ambassadors - and I’m happy to help clarify your question regarding Mews Analytics. 

For loading issues in Analytics, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Try opening in an incognito/private window
• Clear your cache and cookies
• Update Chrome or Edge
• Temporarily disable any ad/script blockers.
• If it still fails, I recommend you open a case with us at Support so we can review it more closely. 

For showing only Accommodation revenue in Manager Analytics under the Daily tab, set your date range/segment and use the RevenueType filter to select only Service so Additional and Products are excluded. I’m including a screenshot of this filter below: 

Regarding two users connecting at the same time, concurrent access is supported so if this is a common issue where two users are unable to connect to Mews Analytics at the same time - please open a ticket with our Support team. This way we can review the issue more in-depth and offer a targeted solution.
