Dear community,

Can anyone help me out with setting up the age categories correctly? some Booking.com reservations end up with wrong age categories for teenagers.

In Mews I have the following age categories:

  • Adult
  • Teenager (13-17 yo)
  • Child (5-12 yo)
  • Infant/Toddler (0-4 yo)

These are (hopefully) correctly labeled to Siteminder via Mews marketplace → Age categories.

In Booking.com I have 3 children age categories set up with the same intervals. 

However, when a reservation is made in Booking.com with a teenager, it ends up as a Child (5-12 yo) in Mews. 

Which setting am I missing?

@Karst as far as I know booking x mews there is just a possibility to have 4 categories linked. We have done the onboarding for two hotels in the past two months and that was the information we received from our onboarding manager. 
hence we do have 

0-5

6-11

12-14

15-xx 

as we do need that set up regarding Austrian law for city tax reasons.
