Mews Booking Engine- Multi Property

Hello MEWS Community,

 

We are working on customizing the multi-property MEWS booking engine for our websites, which are linked to two PMS systems. We manage two adjacent MEWS properties (though technically with different addresses) and would like to adjust the following elements:

                1.            Remove the Address: Is it possible to hide the address field entirely from the 

                               booking engine?

                2.            Change Property Names in Booking Engine Only:

                •             Wilmina Hotel → renamed to Hotel

                •             Carlotta Apartments → renamed to Apartments

We’d like these name changes to apply exclusively to the booking engine without affecting other parts of the system.

 

Alternatively, would it be feasible to overwrite specific elements of the booking engine using custom JSON code?

 

We would greatly appreciate any guidance, tips, or suggestions from those who have tackled similar customization challenges.
