Back in January this year, we launched this community with one main goal in mind: to connect our customers with each other to share ideas, best practice, experiences and have a place to ask questions and get support from your peers. (or was that 5 goals?!)

To give you a better idea as to why it’s important to be involved in this forum, here’s some inspirational thoughts and actions you can take to get the most value out of this community:

Connecting with Peers and Sharing Best Practices. Why?
Everyone uses Mews in different ways and it’s good to be able to get input from other customers to find out if there is a better report or configuration for a particular solution, for example. Take a look at some of the great conversations already happening around best practice:
Guest communication software that lets you text message guests
Email template customisation: Are you getting the most out of them?

Getting help with your questions.
In this forum, no question is a stupid question. We’re here to support each other and offer help where needed. Someone here will know the answer and it will help the next person when they are also searching for the same answer.

Build your professional network.
We are planning to host more virtual and in-person community events where you can connect with your industry peers offering opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge exchange. This is a place to make your mark, demonstrate your skills and experience and who knows what doors may open to potential partnerships and business opportunities. An action that you can take here is to ensure your profile is complete so other’s can get to know you and what skills and attributes you can offer. Here’s how.

Collaborating with the teams at Mews.
This community serves as a direct channel of communication with Mews teams, such as the product team. As a member, you have the unique advantage of being closer to the action and contributing to key product feedback, 121 and group discussions around the features and direction of the product. Have you joined the Beta Programs group yet?

Gaining rewards and recognition.
Contributing to the community doesn’t go unnoticed. You have the opportunity to earn rewards and gain recognition for your active participation. In May and June, the most active members in this community have been invited to join our Chief Product Officer, Jirka Helmich, and our Chief Technical Officer, Pepa Starychfojtu, in a private conversation to align on strategy between our companies. There are more rewards in the pipeline, including exclusive invitations to key, in-person roundtable events. Keep your eyes out for more information on this.
