I was wondering if anyone had any first hand experience with any good guest communication programs that allow you to compose text messages to guests. Our current guest communication software does not allow this.
Does anyone have any recommendations outside of Hijiffy?

Hi
We are looking at Duve, they have in platform messaging, email, SMS & Whatsapp. We haven't tested in a live environment but the funtionality does work in our test instance.
You mentioned Hijiffy, did that not meet your needs or do you have any information you could share on your experiences with it?

hi we are using RunnR, a fully AI powered bot that uses whatsapp. First message goes out automatically, and after that within time frame you can chat with the guest if you want?
