Poland is changing e-invoicing. Mews is making it easier. From February 2026, Poland starts rolling out mandatory B2B e-invoicing through KSeF. And KSeF works differently from the Peppol model used in countries like Belgium or Denmark. In Poland, the invoice does not just get sent. It gets validated by the government first. That means an invoice is only legally issued once KSeF accepts it and assigns its ID. That is exactly why we are launching Compliance Suite for Poland. What this means in practice Mews helps Polish properties keep invoicing inside the PMS, while handling the KSeF logic in the background. So instead of pushing teams into extra tools, extra exports or extra admin, Mews helps keep the workflow where it belongs: in the day-to-day billing flow. Why that matters for hotels This is not just about compliance. It i

Austausch zu Anzahlungen in Mews – wie löst ihr das in der Praxis?

Hallo zusammen,wir würden uns gern mit euch zum Thema Anzahlungen in Mews austauschen.Grundsätzlich finden wir die Anzahlungsfunktion gut. Aus unserer Sicht funktioniert sie vor allem bei Einzelreservierungen, kleineren Gruppen und überall dort, wo die Abrechnung von Anfang an klar ist und kein Abrufkontingent dahinterliegt.Sobald es aber komplexer wird, kommen wir an Grenzen. Das betrifft bei uns vor allem:Abrufkontingente, bei denen zum Zeitpunkt der Anzahlung oft noch keine konkrete Reservierung existiert Selbstzahler innerhalb von Gruppen gemischte Abrechnungsvorgaben innerhalb einer GruppeGenau deshalb arbeiten wir aktuell teils mit der Anzahlungsfunktion, teils aber auch mit manuellen Postenbuchungen und Gegenbuchungen, weil wir damit im Alltag oft flexibler sind.Unsere grö

"Notes" onder Additional settings bij toevoegen product verschijnt niet in XML (Peppol FA)

Beste, wanneer wij een product op een rekening toevoegen en wij geven exta info mee via “notes” onder “addtional settings” dan verschijnt deze info wel op de PDF-factuur maar deze info gaat niet mee wanneer we de factuur via Peppol versturen. Concreet voorbeeld:wij maken een voorschotfactuur.  Hiervoor hebben we een apart product.  In die “notes” geven we dan mee waarvoor dit juist is en de datum. Nu hadden wij verschillende voorschotfacturen gemaakt voor verschillende seminaries van 1 klant die hier zullen doorgaan in de loop van 2026.  Telkens mooi vermeld hoe en wat, maar wanneer onze klant de facturen via Peppol ontvangt kan hij deze info niet zien.  Dus hij weet niet voor welk seminarie welke factuur is. Is hier een oplossing voor? Alvast bedankt. Groetjes, Chantal

Après 40 jours d'intégration PEPPOL dans MEWS et le suivi

Nous avons quelques questions concernant l’intégration avec PEPPOL, auriez vous des réponses ou suggestions ?Une multinationale nous demande d’utilisé une autre info que le N° de TVA pour le transfert via PEPPOL (c’est une multinationale). Voici le résumé de leur mail :Beste,We hebben uw factuur ontvangen via Peppol maar deze is door u niet correct opgeladen dus komt ze bij ons in error. Facturen die fout binnenkomen kunnen wij niet verwerken en moet u nogmaals opladen. Kunt u doorgeven met welk boekhoudpakket u werkt?Wij zijn voor al onze entiteiten beschikbaar om E-invoicing toe te passen.Heel wat andere vendors doen dit op vandaag al.In bijlage onze instructies en hieronder alsook in de bijlage onze Peppol-ID per entiteit.Voor de entiteiten met het unieke BTW-nr zijn we via BTW-nr te bereiken.Voor de 4 entiteiten met hetzelfde BTW-nr is dit via GLN-nr.U heeft uw factuur opgeladen via KBO-nr ipv GLN
