Hallo,een klant heeft er ons op attent gemaakt dat de interne nota ook op de peppol factuur staat.Dat kan natuurlijk niet de bedoeling zijn.  Ik heb hiervoor op 22/1/2026 een ticket aangemaakt maar tot nu toe nog geen antwoord op ontvangen.Hoe kunnen we dit asap oplossen aub?Alvast bedankt.Chantal

Nous avons quelques questions concernant l’intégration avec PEPPOL, auriez vous des réponses ou suggestions ?Une multinationale nous demande d’utilisé une autre info que le N° de TVA pour le transfert via PEPPOL (c’est une multinationale). Voici le résumé de leur mail :Beste,We hebben uw factuur ontvangen via Peppol maar deze is door u niet correct opgeladen dus komt ze bij ons in error. Facturen die fout binnenkomen kunnen wij niet verwerken en moet u nogmaals opladen. Kunt u doorgeven met welk boekhoudpakket u werkt?Wij zijn voor al onze entiteiten beschikbaar om E-invoicing toe te passen.Heel wat andere vendors doen dit op vandaag al.In bijlage onze instructies en hieronder alsook in de bijlage onze Peppol-ID per entiteit.Voor de entiteiten met het unieke BTW-nr zijn we via BTW-nr te bereiken.Voor de 4 entiteiten met hetzelfde BTW-nr is dit via GLN-nr.U heeft uw factuur opgeladen via KBO-nr ipv GLN

Peppol facturen zijn heel onoverzichtelijk voor onze gasten.  De pdf factuur wordt hieraan niet gekoppeld.Enkel een document in computertaal (UBL) wordt doorgestuurd naar onze klanten, met heel veel vragen tot gevolg uiteraard.Momenteel sturen we de facturen ook nog door via Mews en niet enkel via het Peppol kanaal.

Hallo Zusammen, wir stellen gerade unsere Buchhaltung auf vereinnahmte Entgelte um. Das heißt, wir würden gerne nur den Zahlungseingang aufgeschlüsselt nach den einzelnen Buchhaltungskategorien. Laut Mews gibt dies keine Liste her. Hier müsste man im Auszahlungsbericht jede einzelne Rechnung aufmachen und zusammen addieren?Wie macht ihr dies? 

We have been using MEWS since March 2024 and are located in Ohio, USA. Due to our location, we work closely with government agencies, local higher education organizations, and several 501© tax-exempt organizations. We asked this during our onboarding almost 10 months ago and received the same responses listed in Can you generate invoice without VAT  Summary - duplicate your product library (both Stay and Additional Services) that have the option of a taxed and non-taxed item/stay/product, or, create a product that you add to the bill as a negative amount equal to the taxed amounts. Has anyone found any other “work arounds” to this? Does anyone else already miss the old accounting report? 😅I find the new “ledger activity report” very user-unfriendly, with all the small boxes you have to scroll through.It gives no good overview at all.

Hi Community,The accounting report is no longer showing on the main dashboard, however this the report used daily by multiple departments. How can I add this back to our dashboards? Thanks,

Could somebody please confirm if Mews is working on a solution to enable invoice sending via PEPPOL by the end of this year? Because on the search i could ot find anything about this. Best regards Robin 

We are new to MEWS - day 4 today. Which report shows a list of guest that have unpaid bills? We collect full payment at check-in, but there are situations where this list/report is needed as shown in example below.For example:Morning front desk receives a request from an in house guest to extend their stay. So they extend the stay. The guest had originally paid by cash. Guest states that they will come by and settle the bill. Now the morning shift front desk is gone at the end of their shift. How do I as owner or next shift person know which bills/guests owe money that need to be collected? We are a large property - so going guest, by guest is NOT a solution for us. Second Example:What if a guest is checked out with a balance. How do I track those guests that ower the hotel money?

Hallo,gibt es bereits eine Vorgehensweise, wie ab 01. Januar 2026 mit der Mehrwertsteuer Umstellung umgegangen wird? Erfolgt die Umstellung automatisch durch Mews? Wie verfahren andere Hotels mit dem Speisen und Getränkeanteil (Verhältnis 3:7)?Danke

Bonjour, toujours moi avec mes éternelles questions.  Nous avons plusieurs cohortes avec des hébergement de longue durée mais pour les finances nous devons facturer au mois, quand je fais la facturation je sélectionne au mois et oct, nov, déc etc apparait. Je choisi le mois voulu mais le bémol est que les dates sont de toute la durée de leur séjour et non par mois comme demandé.  Avez vous une manière pour que les dates soit bien le mois sélectionné et non toute la durée.  Merci à l’avance.

Hallo,wir können nicht finden, wie wir eine Rechnung durch zwei Teilen?Wenn zwei Nächste übernachtet wird, ist das für uns ja kein Problem, aber wenn nur eine Nacht übernachtet wird, können wir die Rechnung nur bei der Zahlung splitten, aber keine separaten Belege erstellen. Ist das bei MEWS möglich, zwei Rechnung mit der Hälfte des Betrages zu erstellen?Oder wie sind die Erfahrungswerte bei den anderen Häusern? Gruß Torsten Rolfes 

Wie kann man das Rechnungsformular anpassen?#wenn ich rechnungen die per Überweisung bezahlt werden mit dem Zahlungsziel 14 Tag habe ich mit den Empfängern Problme, da die Rechnung unüberichtlich gestellt und einen Nullbetrag für bezahlt ausweist.

Hallo zusammen, ich habe gestern das Hauptbuchkonto komplett abgeglichen. Nun möchte ich quasi täglich das Hauptbuchkonto checken, aber jeweils neue Einträge. Ich finde hierzu jedoch keinen Weg, so dass ich eigentlich gezwungen bin, alle Einträge neu zu checken, Ein Ticket habe ich bereits beantragt, aber vielleicht gibt es ja auch hier Rückmeldungen zu diesem Problem. Herzlichen Dank, Detlef

Hi everyone,I’ve been trying for some time to find a way to issue partial invoices in MEWS.For example: when we have a wedding at our venue, we send an invoice one month in advance for a 50% prepayment of the total amount.At the moment, I do this by sending a pro forma invoice with a note stating that it is a 50% partial invoice. Once the payment is received, I process it as an external payment and then issue the final invoice with the correct amount, so that the payment is properly recorded in the system.To me, it seems only logical that there should be an option to create a partial invoice for a specific amount.Does anyone know if this is possible in MEWS?

Hello dear Mews Community! We have changed our tax advisor. Until now, we worked with a physical folder, and 7 pages of the Mews accounting report were manually recorded. Now, we are transitioning to a digital exchange with a digitally equipped tax advisor. Are there any comparable hotels that digitally transfer their Mews accounting reports to their tax advisor? If so, what experiences have you had, and how do you work with Excel exports or connections from Mews to DATEV Unternehmen Online via OmniBoost? I would appreciate specific feedback.
