Hi everybody!

Is there anybody out there using the UpsellGuru Integration?
They need some “Upgrade Product” to map to, in order to post upgrade charges, but the Upsellguru Support cannot provide documentation or details on how exactly that product needs to be set up. Has anybody some experience with that?
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find an integration documentation for that on help.mews.com either…

I did some digging and see some properties who have this integration installed - out of these some are also part of the Community, but did not find anyone who is very active in here. 😔

I will email them privately and ask if they can help out 💡

 


Hello! FYI we finally just tired it and the setup that seems to work is to create a stay service product with value 0 and charging set to “once”. UpsellGuru than charges the upgrade amount amount for the whole stay in a lump sum to this product and automatically upgrades the reservation.

Just in case anybody out there needs this info in the future …
