Notes in Guest Profiles

Is there a way to make the notes in guest profiles more visible or to have like a pop up once you open a profile or reservation? I would love the pop ups so reservation agents don’t forget to look into the notes

That’s exactly it! While the majority of guests have very few or no notes, there’s a few few cases where they may have dozens in the past, and in the future, many of them being repetitive. So far the BETA is looking really promising, And while we’re still making some fine-tuning to the AI model that runs it, I feel like it’s already bringing a ton of value by surfacing those notes in a place of high visibility.

 

Once we got confidence that this summaries are useful and reliable, we are releasing this for everybody, and then expand to show it in other places of the system, including reservations!

 

@Sonja let me know if you wanna try it out! Its already available on all Demo accounts too!

Hey Sonja,

Mews just recently launched AI summaries in Guest Profiles into Beta.

We already using that and it looks really promising. This feature checks notices, reservations and other information of the guests and gives a short recap over what you have to pay attention to 👍.

This is going to be further tested and improved for sure and then probably implemented in similar form in other areas like on reservation level or the arrivals report. At least thats the route i would go instead of trying to make all the notes (which may be dozens) visible like you describe it 😊.

Maybe @ettore.zotarelli can give a glimpse in future plans with that feature because i may be just daydreaming 😉.
