Good morning, 

Since yesterday I have noticed something new (?) when making a reservation. 

A ‘lightning’ sign appears under the quotation total, mentioning ‘Billing automation applied’.

Is this a new feature or something which impacts existing processes?

No changes to Mews were made by me prior to this appearing.

thank you for your question. This feature will indeed be connected to the new routing rules. We are however still running some tests, and so the icon will most likely be removed, until we are ready to fully introduce the new feature. 

This should currently not affect any processed or operations.
