Dear Mews-users,
The guests in house report has had an overhaul.
Whilst it is still possible to consult the old lay-out, I notice it is no longer correct.
The function I am missing in the new Guests in House report is two-fold.
Most importantly: the lack of the option to print it.
Less importantly: no totals of guests in house any longer.
As to the last item, that is not a drama to me (although a step back from what it used to be).
The lack of option to print is a major difficulty though.
Any tips/hints on this?

We are aware the removal of the Print functionality is a pain point. We are currently looking into how best to bring it back. In the meantime, you can export the data into excel and print from there (I know that's not the preference) or use the old report which is still accessible.

agree 100% with this, I think what should be a step forward is still a step back for many of us with more edits for a simple report to make.

Hello everyone,
Unfortunately, we have had big problems since the changeover. It's a much more complicated for us because we always have groups in the house that are different from the individual guests when it comes to housekeeping. Exporting to Excel is confusing and too small. Switching to the old list is still possible, but the products are no longer displayed. If you set the filter, the list hides all other guests.

As an alternative to the guests in house list, it would be good if there was a room list to export under the room status.
It should be possible to select the following filters in the filter options at the same time:
Departed, Departing, Staying and Arrival.
After exporting, you should get a list that includes:
Room number, status, room allocation, start (arrival day) and end (departure day).
