Resa aus dem Profil heraus anlegen nicht möglich

Moin zusammen,

wir können aktuell keine Resa aus dem Profil heraus anlegen.

Da kommt bei allen Preisen und Kategorien “Daten nicht verfügbar”

Habt Ihr das auch?

Über das Plus ohne Verbindung mit einem Profil funktioniert alles tadellos.

Freu mich auf Euer Feedback bevor ich das Ticket öffne. ;-)

Hi ​@Leif Penning  Thanks for posting in community. Although looks as though this is going to need to be looked into by the support team as I can’t replicate it on my end. Please give as much detail as you can when raising your ticket to speed up the process. Thanks

    Du meinst eine Resa aus einem Profil heraus anlegen?
    Wenn Du in der Reservierung bist, oben rechts auf das “+”, dann kannst Du eine neue Reservierung anlegen und die Daten und das Profil sind direkt übernommen.

    Wenn es um die wundersame Selbstheilung geht, dann kann ich nicht helfen. Funktioniert bei uns grade nämlich wieder nicht :-P
